Josh Fleisher is a location manager and producer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Growing up in Collegeville, Pennsylvania he attended Spring-Ford High School and discovered
his love for filmmaking in his broadcasting classes. He continued on to Kutztown University for
Film and TV Production, earned a B.A. degree in Electronic Media, and was the intern of both
Scott Currie and John Stefanic. During those years he landed an industry role as an intern on
the feature film “Equity” starring Anna Gunn. Upon graduation he interned for Liberty Camera
Company where he worked with director of photography Chong pak.
Taking from his experience in the camera department, Josh worked in production on
many accredited television shows, feature length films, and national commercials. Some of his
most notable roles include; locations assistant for the hit show “This Is Us”, locations assistant
for the Facebook Super Bowl commercial starring Sylvester Stallone and Chris Rock, production
assistant for M.Night Shyamalan’s Apple TV show “Servant”, first team assistant to Adam
Sandler for his film “Hustle”, camera assistant for NFL Films, camera prep technician for the
HBO Hardknocks series, 2nd-2nd assistant director for the new horror film “Hayride 2 Hell”, and
locations unit production assistant for the film “Knock At The Cabin”.
He also worked in other areas of the entertainment industry as personal assistant to
Stephen A. Smith the reporter for the Philadelphia 76ers-Warriors playoff game, production
runner for the Philadelphia Union and Philadelphia Phillies, locations assistant for the Harper’s
Bazaar photoshoot with First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, and locations PA for the band MisterWives’
“Why Why Why” music video.
Josh is currently working on developing his own original content with John Stefanic and
Zack Wilcox while still working in production and locations scouting tier one locations for
television shows and feature length films. He just wrapped up his first documentary series
“Touched By Darkness” highlighting the life of criminal Kenny Sternberg
