Position Title: Creative Director 
Position:  Part-time Contracted | 20 hrs per week + additional hours required leading up to the annual film festival.
Purpose: Grow film/media production, education, and entertainment
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for attracting film production projects into the region and providing location-scouting services to film production companies.
  • Work collaboratively across all internal departments/committees to provide creative direction and strategies for growth.
  • Develop film production educational programs and curricula for students and emerging filmmakers of all levels.
  • Outreach and network with local organizations, regional and state film offices, tri-state production companies, and filmmakers. Host events & activities to attract film production and support regional filmmakers.
  • Develop relationships with community leaders and attend meetings with or on behalf of the Executive Director to grow alliances to support the organization’s objectives.
  • Develop the creative direction and implementation of the annual film festival, ReadingFilmFEST.
Position Title: Program Manager – Community Events 
Position: Part-time Contracted | 20 hrs per week + additional hours required leading up to the annual film festival.
Purpose: Develop, implement, and participate in community-based programming
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Organize and implement all programs from beginning to end. Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Serve as point of contact for volunteer chiefs to ensure actions remain in synergy.
  • Perform quality control for each program throughout to maintain standards.
  • Work collaboratively across all internal departments/committees to develop and implement engaging programming.
  • Work with other Community Organizations to create diverse and engaging events.
  • Manage the implementation of the annual ReadingFilmFEST. Assist Jury Coordinator as needed.
Position Title: Administrative | Office Manager  
Position: Part-Time Contracted 16 hours per week
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operational support.
  • Answer/route calls and emails.
  • Plan and attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute emails, letters, and forms.
  • Conduct research and provide reports.
  • Data entry, website updates.
  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Excellent writing and computer skills.
